Shipping Information


All orders are processed during weekdays only, Monday thru Friday, except holidays. In stock orders are processed in the order received, with next day and expedited orders being processed first. Delivery times are estimates after shipment and are an approximation only, and in many cases, arrive sooner. We have no control and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers.

Domestic Shipping

Ginjer offers FREE Standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 are a flat $5.00 charge. Delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 business days after shipment.

Expedited processing is available starting at an additional $12.00 (based on order total). Delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

Next business day (overnight in most areas depending on delivery location) is available starting at an additional $20.00 (based on order total).

Expedited and next business day orders may ship the same day, but can take 1 to 2 business days to ship depending on order time.

International Shipping

Standard shipping to Canada is FREE over $75.00. Shipping for orders under $75.00 is a flat $7.00 charge.

For all other countries, standard shipping is FREE over $100.00. Shipping for orders under $100.00 start at $10.00.

Expedited Global Express mail (approximately 3 to 6 days after shipment) is available starting at $28.00 (based on order total).

All International shipments are subject to possible delays due to customs and may incur additional customs duties or taxes.


Return Policy

By placing an order with us you must agree to the terms and conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you ordered we will provide you with an exchange or store credit for all non-clearance and non-sale items received within 30 days of the original delivered shipping date. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with proper authorization. All items must be new, unworn and unwashed, free from defects, abnormal smells, and with original packaging and tags attached, if applicable. All items returned that are not in the same condition as received or after 30 days will be refused and returned, no exceptions, and item(s) will be returned at your expense. If a shipment has been sent to you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subject to a 30% return fee and issued a store credit for the remainder.

Preorder / Special Order items
Preorder / special order items are NOT refundable prior to shipment unless we are unable to get the item ordered. After shipment, preorder / special order items are not refundable or exchangeable unless we have other sizes available (must be exchanged for the identical item).

Sale items
NOTE: All clearance and sale items can only be exchanged within 3 days of receipt for other items or store credit, no refunds can be given. Clearance or sale items are all items marked down in price (look for sale indicators under the original price of the item or in the special “Sale” section).

Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, it must be returned within 2 business days and can only be exchanged for the same item. Many of the items we carry utilize various techniques including (but not limited to) vintage, dying, and distressing processes that may cause small holes to appear in the garment, these are characteristics associated with the look and are not considered defects.

REFUND POLICY
We will issue a refund if the item is postmarked within 7 days of its receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee on all refunds, plus the original incurred shipping/handling costs. If the item is postmarked and returned after 7 days but received within 30 days, you will be issued a store credit for an exchange. After 30 days the item will not be accepted and stays with you.

All items must be pre-paid to ship and we recommend that you insure all returns for the full value by a traceable carrier, preferably USPS or UPS. These guidelines are provided for your protection. We will not be responsible for return shipping losses.

PLEASE NOTE: If you return your original item for an exchange and then want to return your exchange back, you will only receive store credit.

Any orders on in stock items cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

HOW TO RETURN ITEM(S) :
 We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. This can take up to 30 days. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction and credit your account. Please allow 30 days for us to credit your card.
How to return your item

  1. Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging.
  2. Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form included in your shipment. Please write your order number on the form, along with the reason for the return.
  3. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for missing or lost merchandise that is shipped to us.
  4. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

 Exchanging Your Item

  1. Please e-mail info@ginjerdelraybeach.com  to arrange for an exchange. We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold in your name.
  2. Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or missing items.
  3. Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form included in your shipment. Please write your order number on the form, along with the reason for the return.
  4. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
  5. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
  6. Once your package is received, we will apply the credit from your return to your new order and ship it to you. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
